About Gao Laboratory
The Gao Laboratory is an independent research lab within the School of Biomedical Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). It is located in the Lo Kwee-Seong Integrated Biomedical Sciences Building on the CUHK main campus, adjacent to the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks (HKSTP).

Dr. Bo Gao
Dr. Bo Gao is an Associate Professor at the School of Biomedical Sciences within the Faculty of Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He earned both his bachelor's and doctoral degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). After his postdoctoral training at the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), he continued there as a staff scientist. Subsequently, he established his own laboratory at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) before joining CUHK in 2023.
